Physical activity is essential to a healthy body and mind.  Find fun activities you can do to stay moving each day.

Gretchen received her Bachelors Degree from the University of Connecticut and Masters Degree in Health Administration from Long Island University in New York.

Her nutrition background includes working at large teaching hospitals- North Shore Medical Center in New York and Hasbro Children's Hospital and Rhode Island Hospital in Rhode Island.

An exercise enthusiast she is also an Assistant High School Track Coach

 

 

 

 

Gretchen was involved for many years with the MA/RI Celiac Support Group for Children and has been involved with helping people with Celiac Disease since.

She received the Hasbro Brite Lite Award in 2005 for her dedication and help to families dealing with Celiac Disease.
